BND-textile is a company that offers a complete service. This means more than just printing your files and transferring the prints to a piece of fabric. We have a full understanding of the textile printing and product development process. We use sublimation (for polyester fabrics) and direct inkjet (for natural fabrics) technology and could also offer you a variety of different custom printing options in accordance with your project.

Besides printing, we also cut, sew, brand, label and pack your product up to the finished look.

We have the knowledge to offer a personal touch to your works.

Regarding sublimation printing there is no minimum. We respect each customer. And while we can handle thousands of t-shirts for a week or two, we won’t reject any smaller order in the meantime.

It is not the size of portion that makes the dish a specialty.

Regarding direct inkjet printing (natural fabrics) there is a minimum quantity of 150 linear meters, because of the characteristics of this technology. This may include several patterns or artworks.

Provide us with color standards, a paper or textile print for a reference, and good quality graphics. We match the colors of all files upon request to the specified fabrics from your supplied color standards. A color standard can be just a print that you like, a Pantone swatch, or a value chosen from our custom color palette. The more organized your samples and clearer the requests, the better we can be of service to you. It is important to know this is a difficult process and some limitations occur due to the type of file given, the fabric chosen, and the gamut of the inks used. We do our best to give you the closest color available with a custom color match that is within the gamut for digital fabric printing. Precision means everything to us.

Good to know: CMYK or RGB are types of color models for graphic files, and we can print both, but these are not color matching standards.

For sublimation printing, we offer a large amount of polyester and polyester-based fabrics, fabrics with elastane (Spandex, Lycra), art silks etc.

We can also offer cotton fabrics for hoodies, training kits and everything else that doesn’t need to be sublimation printed.

There’s actually a possibility to use sublimation on cotton. We offer a special solution where the main fabric made out of cotton and a thin polyester layer has been put on the outside, which can be digitally printed.

The width of our polyester fabrics varies from 140cm to 160cm which is our maximum printing width for dye sublimation. If you need a larger print, we can print the file in a few separate pieces and then stitch them together.

We can give you some advices on how to create your artwork in order to minimize the visibility of the sewing. The maximum length of cotton fabric or any other natural kind (viscose, linen.. etc) is 180cm.

We work with a good variety of Bulgarian fabrics but we also use some Italian supreme quality fabrics for our most exacting customers. If the desired fabric is not in stock, we can offer you the possibility to choose from a large catalog of different types of fabrics from the producers we work with.

If it’s still not present, we can develop it! Provide a sample of what you need or just give us a good description and we will produce it. Please be aware that you may need to place a minimum order for a higher amount of fabrics in this case.

The most important thing to know is that we prefer your original artwork, in its native file format (unconverted, saved directly from the software you are working with, in its original colour mode).

For raster graphics – we prefer PSD or TIFF formats (please turn on LZW compression), actual size 1:1.

Image resolution should be at least 150ppi for outdoor advertising products, and 300ppi for apparel, clothing and sportswear. If your project is in lower resolution, please contact us before converting.

For vector graphics – EPS, AI or CDR formats, in actual size 1:1. Texts must be converted to curves or accompanied by the font file for the font used. For PDF files – you must be sure that they are editable.
